Pricing:
Pricing begins at $6,174 pp plus airfare for this incredible adventure. Group Levels must be in staterooms DV6 or higher.
All group members receive $125 off per person. Viking offers a different special each month. Contact Heather Bloom to reserve your space.
Viking Air Plus:
Please inquire about your air pricing from your favorite departure city. Pricing begins at $799 pp, dependent upon your departure city. It is suggested to add-on the fee of $150 pp so Heather can work directly with the Viking Air Department to get the best air schedules and so you can fly with friends/family. With Viking the cost for the air may change from month to month. This is another reason to deposit early. On this cruise airfare includes all government air taxes/fees and fuel surcharges. Our group will be coordinated to fly together, if departing on the same date/departure city. When using Viking Air, round trip airport transfers are included at your arrival and departure dates. Air miles be used and booked on your own.
Deposits:
A $25 pp non-refundable deposit is needed to secure your stateroom. Your final payment date is dues by Feb 15, 2026. For added savings, a secure E-Check may be used (2% savings). For further information on cancellations, please see Terms and Conditions.
Trip Insurance:
Trip Insurance is highly recommended. Viking uses Trip Mate Travel Insurance. This insurance includes trip cancellation, mostly due to illness, but other issues may qualify. It also includes Cancellation Fee for Deposits, Trip Interruption, Missed Connections, Travel Delay, Accidental Death or dismemberment, Medical Expenses/Emergency Evac, Baggage and Personal Effects, and Baggage Delay, all up to a certain amount. There is pre-existing conditions coverage, when insurance payment is received within 15 days of trip deposit. I can easily add it on for you with your deposit. Please ask for cost details.
